Microsoft has issued a security patch for Silverlight KB2526954. It fixes several security issues. However, the Microsoft link to KB2526954 is still not live. If you have Microsoft update running, it is ready to install. This is rated as important and will auto install. I don't read that this is a security update, but rather just a release. That said, it annoys me when these come out not on the normal second and fourth Tuesdays. Shame on the Silverlight team for not playing by the patch release rules.
Already seeing issues with the deployment: http://answers.microsoft.com/thread/13513d05-f76b-e011-8dfc-68b599b31bf5 http://answers.microsoft.com/thread/238fd418-256c-e011-8dfc-68b599b31bf5 |
